Every year, a large number of international volunteers and gap year students from around the world volunteer to live and work at Gilwell Park. Their main role is delivering activities and programmes to young people and they themselves gain much from the opportunity to live and work in another country.

The international dimension they bring to the life of Gilwell always adds to the diversity of our visitors experience during their stay. Located just off the main camp square the International Staff Lodge will accommodate 60 and be of a similar build to the other accommodation lodges.
